Maurice is the founder and director of ASPAC Immigration Consultants Limited. With over nine years of legal practice, he has been an immigration adviser since 2009. Maurice also served as the Presiding Member of the West Coast/Nelson-Marlborough Community Lotteries Trust Board for more than three years. Additionally, he has experience as the chairman of the West Coast District Health Board Ethics Committee and as a lay member of the WCDHB accreditation committee.

Frances Almonte
Office Manager - Christchurch
Frances joined ASPAC Immigration Consultants in 2017 with the goal of becoming a licensed advisor in New Zealand. She is primarily responsible for welcoming clients in person or over the phone at our Christchurch office, scheduling appointments with advisors, and ensuring smooth operations.

Frances excels at multitasking and has an impressive ability to remember clients and their previous cases. Her responsibilities include office management, calendar coordination, email correspondence, meeting deadlines for PPI requests (Potentially Prejudicial Information), and organizing client documentation. She performs all these tasks with dedication and enthusiasm.
